Design:
Let’s talk about the iPhone 17 Pro series, and this time, you get to see all three new colors in the iPhone 17 Pro series. One is silver, the second is deep black, and the third is cosmic orange. By the way, you can tell in the comment which of these three colours you like the best. I like cosmic orange, a little vibrant, a little eye-catching or say sexy colour.
Apple has not talked about the iPhone 17 series in much detail this time. They have made a few changes. Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is about the design. In the world of iPhone, I think this is the biggest design change to date. I think the last time we got to see such a big change in the iPhone 11 series was in the Pro models. After that, we got to see all the almost similar lines. But this time, the iPhone 17 Pro series looks completely different. It stands out.
It means that it will be recognised separately that, yes, this is the latest model of iPhone Pro. So if you look carefully, they have made a big camera model. They have made a horizontal camera model, and the design is a unique body design. They have kept the screen size the same. Last time it was 6.3 inches for the Pro variant. It was 6.9 inches for the Pro Max.
Camera:
And yes, there are some upgrades in the camera as well. This time, you get to see the whole new Pro camera system design. All the lenses on the back side are a 48 megapixel fusion camera system. There is an 18 megapixel selfie camera on the front. And this sensor is 56% better than last time. It is bigger.
And this time, you get to see a new 4X and 8X optical zoom in portrait. And for video recording, this time you get a new thing, ProRes support. If I say simply, it will be a kind of RAW file with which you can do more colour grading in post-production. You can enhance the dynamic range. Meaning, in a way, if you want to get control over the video in complete post-production, then you can get it with its help.
And one of the biggest and powerful features is basically a very useful thing for videographers, whose name is Gen Lock. I will explain it thoroughly. What can you do with its help? You can sync multiple cameras together. If I explain a little more, suppose you are shooting a film. Three or four cameras are installed together. The frame and shutter speed of each camera will be different. So in this case, by syncing all those cameras with one camera, you can make the configuration of all of them similar. Understand its work.
Performance:
And for performance, Apple’s A19 Pro chip has been used in the iPhone 17 Pro series. And let me tell you a little about this chip. In this, you get a 6-core GPU and a 6-core CPU. And Apple has said that this is the fastest CPU ever in any smartphone. Meaning Pro gaming will happen.
And of course, if there is such a strong performance, then a lot of heat will be produced. Apple said guys, to control this, a new vapour chamber has been used. Meaning they have used a new thermal system of a kind which does not allow the heat to spread and absorbs the heat to a great extent. So that your iphone 17 remains normal and you can use it normally.
And one more thing, you get the protection of SeaShield-2 in both front and back. Meaning it has become stronger. You will get the best battery life to date in the iPhone 17 Pro series. Now Apple does not even tell how many months it is. And this time, they did not even tell us last time how much better battery backup will be available than the iPhone 16 Pro series.
Pricing:
In the iPhone 17 Pro Max, you will also get a variant with 2 TB storage. If I talk about pricing, then the iPhone 17 Pro starts from 256 GB. And the pricing that has been kept this time is $1099. And the last time the price was $1099 for this variant. And the Max variant of iPhone 17 Pro Max starts at $1199. And last time it was starting from $1199.
Verdict:
So if we look at the overall iPhone 17 series this time, then yes, some things are new. Some things are upgraded. In the iPhone 17 Pro series, there is mostly an upgrade to the design. The cameras have been made a little better. The performance has been made a little better. But the iPhone 17 variant looks very promising. And the iPhone 8 looks a little interesting.
